Leon R. Stanley, Jr.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stanley, Jr. has over 20+ years of management and technical leadership experience in the information technology field with concentrations in Information Assurance, computer security, and computer forensics. He has designed, implemented, and maintained large end-to-end heterogeneous secure networks for federal government and private sector clients. He is a consummate team builder and problem solver with extensive experience in assessing, planning, resourcing, and managing IT projects across a diverse range of clients.

Leon R. Stanley, Sr.

Executive Vice President, Operations

Mr. Stanley, Sr., has over four decades of experience in tactical and strategic intelligence and information assurance mission activities. His experiences include a 20+ year U.S. Army, Military Intelligence, career, and years as a defense contractor systems engineer supporting DoD operations and building hi-powered data processing systems. He recently retired from the National Security Agency, where he had deep roots in the analytic and technical disciplines and several key national SIGINT and Information Assurance assignments.

Don Probst

Executive Vice President, Intelligence
and Engineering Division

Mr. Probst is a retired Naval Officer/Enlisted member with over 20 years of proven leadership and subject matter expertise as an innovative Cyberspace operations planner and integrator, IT/Security engineer and cyber intelligence professional.  Expertise in a diverse range of Full Spectrum Cyberspace Operations planning and execution, Cyberspace Intelligence operations and planning, and Cyberspace Capability planning and development in support of the Department of Defense (DoD).

He built partnerships with federal (inside and outside the DoD)and DOD agencies (the services, Combat Support Agencies, etc.) to synergize cyber operation across the US Government and developed repeatable standards, procedures, and processes that improve functionality and cooperation in cyberspace in support of DoD operations.

Warren A. Waddell, Jr.

Vice President, Government Compliance
and Intelligence Engineering

Mr. Waddell has 20+ years of IT experience ranging from Network Security Engineering to Project Management. His expertise and experiences include developing controls test strategies, managing and executing testing programs and scripts, identifying network and terminal device vulnerabilities, and mitigating their associated risks.

Mr. Waddell has had a tremendous impact on various multifaceted Government agencies in assisting their IT Security infrastructures plan, budget, mitigate, and reduce their vulnerability footprint against the threats of tomorrow.
