Leon R. Stanley, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stanley, Jr. has over 18 years of management and technical leadership experience in the information technology field with concentrations in Information Assurance, computer security, and computer forensics. He has created, designed, implemented and maintained large end-to-end heterogeneous secure networks for both federal government and private sector clients. He is a consummate team builder and problem solver with extensive experience in assessing, planning, resourcing, and managing IT projects across a diverse range of clients.

Leon R. Stanley, Sr.
Executive Vice President, Operations
Mr. Stanley, Sr. has over four decades of experience in tactical and strategic intelligence and information assurance mission activities. His experiences include a 20-year U.S. Army, Military Intelligence, career, and years as a defense contractor systems engineer supporting DoD operations, and building hi-powered data processing systems. Most recently, he retired from the National Security Agency where he had deep roots in the analytic and technical disciplines and several key national SIGINT and Information Assurance assignments.

Howard E. Taylor
Executive Vice President, Business Development and Acquisitions
Mr. Taylor has over 25 years of management experience in the information technology and communications services industries. His experience and background includes leading large Fortune 500 organizations as well as startups and turnarounds. Most recently, Howard served as the President & CEO of FutureLink, Inc., Inc. an application service provider and information management company. Prior to joining Futurelink (a Pequot Capital Management portfolio company), he served as a Venture Operating Partner at Pequot. Prior to Pequot Mr. Taylor was the Chairman and CEO of OnSite Access, a provider of in-building communications and information services. Mr. Taylor has also served in executive positions at IBM, Quotron/Citicorp, MCI, Southern New England Telephone and WinStar Communications. Howard holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and attended the Harvard Business School Executive Development program.

Warren A. Waddell, Jr.
Vice President, Government Compliance and Intelligence Engineering
Mr. Waddell has 12 plus years of IT experience ranging from Network Security Engineering to Project Management. His expertise and experiences includes developing controls test strategies; managing and executing testing programs and scripts; identifying network and terminal device vulnerabilities and mitigating their associated risks. Mr. Waddell has had a tremendous impact to various multifaceted Government agencies in assisting their IT Security infrastructures plan, budget, mitigate, and reduce their vulnerability footprint against the threats of tomorrow.
